Eliminate the inefficiencies in your own supply line and make sure your shop always has what it needs to continue operation and continue serving your customers.

How many times has the following occurred? The necessary item is not in the technician's materials cabinet, it takes 10-15 minutes to get a hold of a manager or parts specialist, they place an order some time later, and the needed item does not appear for another day or even two days depending on the backlog of the supplier. These kinds of annoying and preventable inefficiencies in your production line can be mitigated with low inventory reporting. When technicians scan out materials for use and notice they are getting low on something they can make a single selection on the check out screen that will indicate that the inventory on that item is low. This notification will immediately appear on the administrators dashboard, and tag the material in the inventory page as being low stock.

This way, whether it be daily or weekly, the administrator can review these items and place an order to fulfill these low inventory items. This way all your materials data is all in one place where technicians can report and you can reliably review to place complete orders without the need to order one odd item the next day or on separate orders and be at the mercy of your supplier's response time on that particular day. Eliminate the inefficiencies in your own supply line and make sure your shop always has what it needs to continue operation and continue serving your customers.
